- Own and operate our own-and-operated digital products, including HTML5 games, online tools, and utility apps and websites, which are supported through advertising.

- AD GROWTH LTD — registered in England and Wales, company number 15764402, registered office at 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM.
2. Which Entity Is Your Data Controller
The entity responsible for your personal data (the "controller") depends on where you are located:
- If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), your controller is Adgrowth.
References to "we" and "us" mean the relevant controller above.
3. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all of the Services listed above. Some products or client engagements may carry a supplemental privacy notice; where a supplemental notice conflicts with this Policy, the supplemental notice controls for that product. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services we do not control (see Section 10).
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information you provide to us
- Contact and business details you submit through forms (for example, "Get Quote", "Free Growth Audit", or contact forms): name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and message contents.
- Account or onboarding information for clients and partners, including billing and engagement details.
- Communications you send us by email, phone, social media, or other channels.
4.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use our website, games, tools, or apps, we and our partners may automatically collect:
- Device and connection data: IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, language settings, mobile network information, and ISP details.
- Usage data: pages, screens, or levels viewed, links and ads clicked, time spent, referring/exit pages, in-app actions, gameplay events, and timestamps.
- Approximate location derived from IP address.
- Identifiers: cookie IDs, mobile advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID and Apple's IDFA, where applicable), and similar device or session identifiers.
4.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. See Section 8.
4.4 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from advertising partners, analytics providers, ad networks and exchanges, measurement vendors, and social-media platforms, and may combine it with information we already hold.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including our games, tools, and utilities.
- Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver our marketing and media-buying services.
- Display, deliver, measure, and optimize advertising, including both personalized (interest-based) and non-personalized ads.
- Run analytics, attribution, and reporting.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
Legal bases (UK/EEA). Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we process personal data on the basis of: your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies and personalized advertising); the performance of a contract; our legitimate interests (such as securing, improving, and monetizing our Services); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 12).
6. Advertising, Monetization, and Our Ad Partners
Advertising is central to our business. Our owned-and-operated products are supported by ads, and our agency and network services involve buying, selling, and optimizing advertising on behalf of ourselves, advertisers, and publishers.
6.1 Third-party advertising vendors
We work with third-party advertising vendors, ad networks, and exchanges — including Google and Meta — to serve and measure ads. These partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and device or advertising identifiers to:
- Serve ads based on your prior visits to our Services or other websites and apps (interest-based advertising).
- Measure ad delivery, performance, and conversions.
- Cap ad frequency and detect invalid activity.
6.2 Google
We use Google advertising products, which may include Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google AdMob, and Google Ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Services and/or other sites and apps.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits.
- You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and control personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.
6.3 Meta
Where we use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools — such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Meta SDK, or Meta Audience Network — Meta may receive information about your interactions with our Services to deliver and measure ads, governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and advertising terms. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
6.4 Your advertising choices
You can opt out of, or limit, interest-based advertising:
- Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
- Digital Advertising Alliance (US): optout.aboutads.info
- DAA AppChoices (mobile): the AppChoices app
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EU): youronlinechoices.eu
- UK: youronlinechoices.com
- Mobile devices: use "Limit Ad Tracking", "Opt out of Ads Personalization", or App Tracking Transparency settings to reset or disable your advertising identifier.
Opting out does not stop ads; it means the ads you see may be less relevant.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services, including our games and tools, are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to them.
Where any product is or may be directed to children, we configure advertising to be non-personalized and apply child-directed treatment as required by Google's policies, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, the GDPR, and other applicable laws. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us (Section 15) and we will delete it.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — required to operate the Services and provide core functionality and security.
- Functional — remember your preferences and settings.
- Analytics/performance — help us understand usage and improve the Services.
- Advertising — used by us and our partners to deliver and measure personalized and non-personalized advertising.
In the UK/EEA, non-essential cookies are set only with your consent through our cookie banner or preference center. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and manage mobile identifiers through device settings. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
9. How We Share and Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information:
- With advertising and monetization partners (including Google, Meta, ad networks, exchanges, demand- and supply-side platforms, and measurement vendors) to deliver, measure, and optimize advertising.
- With service providers and processors (hosting, analytics, support, payment processing, fraud prevention), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- With clients and partners in connection with the agency, media-buying, and network services we provide, in aggregated or de-identified form where possible.
- For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; to enforce our terms; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Adgrowth, our users, and the public.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Some sharing for interest-based advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws; see Section 12.
10. Third-Party Links, Products, and Services
The Services link to, and display ads for, third-party websites, apps, and offers we do not own or control. This Policy does not cover them. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before providing information.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this Policy, including to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, request portability, opt out of interest-based advertising and of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
- UK and EEA (UK GDPR / EU GDPR): you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EEA, your local data-protection authority.
- California and other U.S. states (CCPA/CPRA and similar): you may request to know, delete, and correct, and may opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
To exercise any right, contact us using Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
13. International Data Transfers
We operate from the United Kingdom and work with partners worldwide. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect your data.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
